Sneak Peek!

Here is a sneak peek at a necklace that I've been working on for the shop.  It's a cluster drop of vintage brass onyx flowers on gunmetal and twirly gold plated bar chain.  I really enjoy 'hooking up' vintage and modern materials to create this rocking bohemian edgy necklace.

Hope you are all having 'cool' Saturday.

New Arrival - 'the wanderer' necklace

A new look for the GRIMM & GRETE jewellery brand, this super cool drapery multichain is a perfect summer go to necklace.  Accented with rainbow fluorite, the 'wanderer' has a crazy rock n' roll vibe that's infused with a laid back bohemian edge.

Queen's Park is technically owned by U of T.  Leased to the Ontario
Government for 999 years, it expires in 2858.

Lots of entertainment for both adults and kids.  Unfortunately, looking at my pics I didn't get an overview of the amusement park aspect of the celebration: kid entertainers, inflatable bouncers, arcade games, amusement rides etc.

Luxury Summer Sleepwear

I think summer is the best time for romantic luxurious sleepwear. It brings gentle breeze nighttime hugs and warm sun morning kisses.  The Etsy shop Sandmaiden offers soft and romantic organic cotton sleepwear and some other sexy pieces for when sleeping is not on the menu ;)  All pieces are made to order and you can mix and match to your desire, how cool is that?

Summer Dresses

Fleur Wood is an Australian designer of such beautiful dresses. The dresses are soft and romantic with hints of another era.

I love dresses but I loathe shopping for them; it's such a pain in the *#$.  When I finally find a dress I really like its usually too sheer and who wants to wear a slip in the summer; no thanks! So in the end I return to my summer staple of skirts & t-shirts.

Who knows, maybe things will be different this summer with visions of these gorgeous dresses in my head.

Have a maniacal Monday!
